Summary Magda, Inge, Royce and Bram asks Kojek to pay for their holiday. Kojek rents a battered car and books a cheap hotel, Cempaka Hotel. His friends refuse it and move to another hotel, charging it to Kojek’s credit card. In the middle of their merriment, Magda finds out that the pictures she takes expose some apparitions. Many times they’re hassled so that they decide to return to Cempaka Hotel. The caretaker of the hotel is a mysterious old man. The room number seven is also mysterious. Almost every guest is given suggestion to take the room. And death always arrives there. Typically the victims’ ears are always pierced with a bride’s bun pin. Berkali-kali mereka diganggu, sebelum akhirnya mereka pindah ke hotel Cempaka Pengelola hotel Cempaka adalah seorang lelaki tua misterius. Kamar nomor tujuh hotel pun tak kalah misterius. Sebagian besar tamu diarahkan menginap ke kamar itu. Dan kematian selalu menyertai penghuni kamar. Korbannya juga punya ciri, telinganya tertusuk konde pengantin. Korban juga tak dapat mendengar apapun sebelum kematian menjemput. Mereka menjadi korban HANTU BUDEG! IRA menyusul KOJEK. Ira terbujuk rayuan sang kakek bahwa teman-temannya menginap di hotel Cempaka. Ira pun menjadi korban hantu budeg. KOJEK dan teman-temannya menginap di hotel Cempaka sebelum kembali ke Jakarta. KOJEK, Magda, Bram, Royce, Inge mengalami teror paling mengerikan Namun selalu ada cara menghentikan teror kematian dan dendam roh gentayangan.
